Shipping costs 20 AED for orders under 200 AED. For orders of 200 AED or more, delivery is free across the UAE. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. For Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, we also offer an Express service (24-hour delivery).
All products in our store are sourced directly from reputable global brands. Each racket comes with its own hologram and authenticity code, which you can verify on the brand's official website. We also include an authenticity warranty and an official invoice with every purchase.
Physical testing is not currently available in a showroom. However, each product page includes a detailed video review and analysis. Our support team can also recommend the best racket based on your playing level and style (defensive, aggressive, control). You may exchange an unused product within 7 days of delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via SMS and email. You can enter this code on our "Order Tracking" page or the courier company's website to follow your package's journey in real time.
We accept secure online payments via bank gateway, cash on delivery (for Dubai & Abu Dhabi), and gift cards. If the product does not match your order or has a manufacturing defect, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days after return approval.
